This cutting board has all the character, imperfections, and gnarl of a real subtropical hardwood that has been weathered and sun-dried for several years. This Gepoetta wood products is repurposed from a retired avocado grove, not a timber lot or a shrinking forest. We think this wood, with all its color, flaw, streaking, and depth, is among the most beautiful and most unique in the world.
