Vacation Hold

I will be in Italy from July through October shopping for specialty charcuterie board hardware and handles! ALL ORDERS WILL BE FILLED AND SHIPPED IN NOVEMBER.

Dear friends and valued customers,
I wanted to let you know that my studio will be closed from July to October as I head to Italy for my annual trip. This year, like every year I will be on the hunt for unique and beautiful Geppetta hardware to incorporate into my popular handcrafted charcuterie boards.

While my studio will be closed, I invite you to still place any orders and join me on Instagram and Facebook, where I'll be sharing my journey through the charming local mercados and mom-and-pop hardware stores in the small villages near my Italian home. Follow along for a behind-the-scenes look at the inspiration and craftsmanship that goes into every piece I create.

Shipping costs: Shipping on U.S. orders over $100.00 is free. 

 All orders ship from San Diego, California.

Order processing time

    3-10 days with slightly longer turnaround times from October through December. Once you place an order you will be told when you can expect to receive your product. It usually takes up to 10 days to complete a new board and shipping usually takes from 3 to 7 days.

    Delivery speed

      3 to 7 days under normal circumstances depending where you live. If you would like me to use a specific company to ship just let me know. 

      Your approach to handling delays or service interruptions

        I will personally contact you to alert you to any delays. You will also receive tracking.

        What to do if an item arrives late or damaged

          Contact me immediately. I will help track down the package and if damaged I will replace it. 

          How to handle returns and cancellations

          If you change your mind and cancel your order or want to return it that is not a problem.  Finished personalized items can not be cancelled or returned. Regular returns must be done within 30 days. No restock fees.
