I love the idea of a salad Board! That beauty of a salad often gets lost in a bowl with all of the ingredients falling to the bottom of the bowl. Try tossing your spinach/arugula or lettuce and favorite dressing separately and then lay your prosciutto , fig and blue cheese on top! Delicious and beautiful!
