While visiting my aunt in Italy I enjoyed one of her delicious wine cookies with my morning espresso. I loved it so much she told me she would teach me how to make her a cookie. Here is her recipe and it is definitely the love that makes it so delicious! It is very easy to make I hope you all enjoy it!
One cup of wine (white preferably)
One cup of oil
2 beaten eggs
4 cups of flour
One and a quarter cups of white sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
Mix all together
Shape into small circles
Dip in sugar
On a Greased cookie sheet bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

While I am there I am rejuvenated and inspired with new ideas and styles for Geppetta Boards. I also shop locally at mom and pop Hardware Stores looking for unique Handles that can only be found at the local Mercado‘s and street fairs!
