Cleaning your Geppetta board is easy! All Geppetta products are food safe and conditioned with a proprietary blend of FDA-approved mineral oil and organic local beeswax. Included with your purchase is a sample of this conditioner.
• To Clean: Simply rinse with hot water and let air dry.
• Do Not: Never put in the dishwasher or submerge in water for any length of time.
