All of my wood is and selected by me, cut and sanded and shaped by me.

I live in Italy, three months out of every year, where I search all of the local villages near my home for Italian hardware that is unique and special. 

While I am in Italy, I also teach cooking classes specializing in regional recipes that I inherited from my grandmother.

Care Instructions
