Chocolate dipped strawberries made easy!

Always make sure the strawberries are fresh and bruise free.
Dry the strawberries well – any drop of water or condensation on the fruit can seize the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate slowly and gently for a nice shine

I prefer to use good chocolate for dipping. Ghiridelli chocolate and Godiva chocolate are my favorites I also love Toll House.

Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.

Put the bowl of chocolate chips into the microwave and nuke them for 30 second on high power.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir the chocolate.
Place the bowl back into the microwave and nuke it for another 30 seconds on high power.
Remove the bowl again and stir the chocolate again.
After this, keep microwaving the chocolate chips on high power for 10 second increments, stirring in between every time until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.

Begin dipping. Rest them on parchment paper.

I like to dip mine in chocolate and let them rest on parchment paper. Well they are drying I then melt the white chocolate in the same method. Once that has been melted I pour it into a strong freezer bag. Snip the tip and drizzle!
